Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Sri Lanka Dr. (Mrs.)ÌýIndiraÌýLopezÌýArguelles, together with secretary of the embassy Mr.WilfredÌýJayasingheÌývisited the ¸£ÀûÔÚÏß¿´ ofÌýMoratuwaÌýon May 5, 2014. The purpose of the visit was to establish collaboration between key higher education institutes in Cuba and the ¸£ÀûÔÚÏß¿´ ofÌýMoratuwaÌýparticularly in areas of biotechnology, pharmaceutical bio-medical and appropriate staff and student exchange programs in view international recognition.
