This webinar is organized with the objective of broadening the horizons of knowledge of participants on how we can utilize research in Nanotechnology to solve challenges faced by the world/Sri Lanka in achieving the goals of sustainability. "Field Visit for Steam Energy Assessment Audit" was taken place for one group of the part-time MSc students in the 2021/22 intake of the course on 03.03.2022 at Aruna Tea Factory, Meegahathanna.

Undergraduate Project Wins the Silver Award at the Annual Awards for the Most Outstanding Undergraduate Energy Research 2022 Organized by SLEMA

The undergraduate project titled 鈥淭orrefaction of Gliricidia and Rubberwood for Energy Applications鈥 of the team, S.S. Senadheera, S.W. Abeysiriwardana, and U.M.A. Devaraja supervised by Dr. R.M.D.S. Gunarathne in the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering won the Silver Award at the Annual Awards for the Most Outstanding Undergraduate Energy Research 2022 during the annual sessions of Sri Lanka Energy Managers Association held on 29th July 2022.听
