The Department of Transport Management & Logistics Engineering (TMLE) successfully concluded Iluminar ’26, the department’s annual career fair and professional development initiative, bringing together academia, industry, and undergraduates through a series of impactful sessions and networking opportunities.
The event featured career guidance sessions, panel discussions, and industry engagements conducted by distinguished academic and industry professionals representing leading organizations. A total of 30+ companies participated in the event, engaging with students through knowledge-sharing sessions, discussions, and recruitment opportunities.
Iluminar ’26 provided a valuable platform for over 90 undergraduates to connect with industry experts, explore career pathways, and gain practical insights into the evolving professional landscape. The event also facilitated 400+ interview opportunities, further strengthening the bridge between academia and industry. The department extends its appreciation to all speakers, participating organizations, collaborators, and the organizing committee for contributing to the successful execution of Iluminar ’26.Ìý
